Susie has been described as a “Pacific Colorist” with her own distinctive impressionistic style.  A devoted oil painter, passionate about painting outdoors “en plein air,” she is a juried member of Oil Painters of America and a Signature Member of the Plein Air Painters of Hawai’i. Her paintings are found in many private and public collections such as the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts and the City and County of Honolulu.
